History :
KEMSTREAM was founded in April 2006 by a team of multi-disciplinary specialists with a long term expertise
in the design and manufacture of Vaporizers for Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) and Atomic Layer Deposition
(ALD) tools and processes. The range of products addresses both Research and Development and Production
applications.
Our philosophy involves building up a long-term relationship with our customers and to provide them high
quality tools, support and service excellence. To achieve this, we have created a worldwide sales and
customer service network. The company is privately owned and based in Montpellier in the south of France.

Profile :
KEMSTREAM designs and manufactures Vaporizers for Chemical Vapour Deposition
(CVD), Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and all gas phase reaction tools and processes.
We provides Stand alone Injection Heads for Pyrosol and Spray Pyrolysis processes.
KEMSTREAM also manufactures liquid panels especially designed for feeding vaporizers with air sensitive and/or
moisture sensitive precursors.
Our team offer consulting services in :
- CVD, ALD and Spray Pyrolysis precursors and processes;
- Flows Measurement and Control.
KEMSTREAM refurbishes and improves Jipelec and Qualiflow vaporization systems.

Thanks to a complementary chemical and physical approach, our
multi-disciplinary experts’ team continuously improve the products performances by implementing
innovative solutions. The most promising ones are patented.
